Job Description
TCBY at Denver International Airport (DIA) has openings for Customer Service Representatives. TCBY at DIA is an exciting and safe place to work. TCBY offers very competitive wages and provides an excellent working environment with opportunities for advancement.
TCBY serves soft-serve frozen yogurt, premium ice cream, smoothies and frappe-chillers, fresh baked goods and a variety of beverages to the users of DIA. The 3 stores at DIA operate between the hours of 3am and 11pm every day of the year. There is scheduling flexibility for you depending on the hours you are available to work.
Skills/Requirements
A Customer Service Representative at TCBY requires, but is not limited to:
Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
Ability to provide friendly service to customers in the busy, fast paced airport environment
Patience
Memorization of all menu items
Accurate handling of cash and cash register
Maintenance of all areas of store cleanliness
Punctuality and dependability are a MUST
FBI fingerprint background check is required
Local background checks are done
Full training is provided
Uniform shirts are provided
Parking in the DIA employee lot or a RTD Ecopass is provided
Starting pay is $9.00 per hour
